Technical side
First of all, let's look at the whole activity. It has three trays. These are small pitchers, or milk pots, of 10cl, with handle and spout that are arranged in pairs. Face to face, one of the jars is filled with granular contents such as rice or coffee. First of all the child will carry the tray with the pots to a carpet or table. He will take the full pot to gently pour it into the empty one. Gradually, the more precise the child is, the finer the grains will be.
